thank you for your feedback. I am investigating ways to improve the controls for a while already, but I haven’t come up with a perfect solution yet.
I hope I can provide something better soon.
Thanks for playing ;)
The instructions for the game say that ESC pauses the game. I've tried using Safari and Chrome on a Mac.

I will readd this in the next version, thanks a lot for the feedback.
I just downloaded the app for Kindle Fire. It doesn't work - I see arrows and dots, but neither Pacman nor the ghosts ever appear.
Same thing happens if I open the Kindle Fire's Silk browser and manually type in http://pacman.platzh1rsch.ch
Could you make it work on the Kindle Fire? I like pacman.4 votes
I will try to get hands on a Kindle Fire to test it, I assumed it will work on any Android, since it’s all HTML5. Thanks for your feedback!
To make the highscore more fair, the device type (Desktop, Tablet, Phone, maybe even more specific) should be stored in the highscore list as well. It should be possible to filter the highscore list by device type.

Because some people seem to have problems navigating pacman at the current speed on their mobile phones, a possible solution could be to implement a setting to choose the speed of the game (slow - default - fast).8 votes
Like in the original pacman, there should be fruits and lives popping up during the game which can be collected by the player.22 votes
